Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 17, 2025


By booking a stay at Plawa Laguna Bali, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Check-in & Check-out


• Check-in time: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: Until 12:00 PM

• Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

• If arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform the property in advance regarding your estimated arrival time.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


2. Age Policy & Occupancy


• Children are not allowed.

• The minimum age for check-in is 16 years old.

• Extra beds are not available.

• Pets are not allowed.


3. Cancellation & Changes


• You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

• If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night.

• In case of no-show, the no-show fee equals the cancellation fee.

• Date changes made more than 7 days before arrival are permitted without penalty, subject to availability.

• Refunds, when applicable, are processed upon guest request and may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


4. Bookings via Third-Party Platforms


Plawa Laguna Bali is not responsible for errors, discrepancies, or misunderstandings arising from bookings made through third-party platforms (such as online travel agencies). Guests are encouraged to confirm all booking details directly with the hotel if in doubt.


5. Damage & Liability


Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay. Compensation will be determined based on an assessment made by our management team.


In cases where the damage renders the room or facility unusable for future guests, the responsible party will also be liable for loss of use charges, calculated based on our standard nightly rate.


6. Force Majeure


In the event of force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or unexpected property issues), Plawa Laguna Bali reserves the right to offer alternative solutions, such as:

• A full refund without penalty,

• A room type change, or

• Date rescheduling, depending on availability.
