Terms & Conditions
By booking a stay at Plawa Laguna Bali, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Check-in & check-out
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time: until 12:00 PM.
- Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- If arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform the property in advance of your estimated arrival time.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Age policy & occupancy
- Children are not allowed — the minimum age for check-in is 16 years old.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Pets are not allowed.
3. Cancellation & changes
- Cancellation and change terms depend on the rate you book. Each rate (for example, flexible or non-refundable) carries its own policy, which is shown clearly during booking before you confirm.
- Depending on the selected rate, a cancellation or change may incur a charge of up to 100% of the total reservation value. Non-refundable rates are charged in full and cannot be refunded.
- The exact cancellation, change, and refund conditions for your booking are stated at the time of reservation and sent to you by email in your booking confirmation.
- In case of a no-show, the charge equals the cancellation fee applicable to the booked rate.
- Date changes are subject to availability and to the terms of your rate; a difference in price may apply.
- Refunds, where applicable under your rate, are processed upon request and may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Bookings via third-party platforms
Plawa Laguna Bali is not responsible for errors, discrepancies, or misunderstandings arising from bookings made through third-party platforms (such as online travel agencies). Guests are encouraged to confirm all booking details directly with the hotel if in doubt.
5. Damage & liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay. Compensation will be determined based on an assessment made by our management team. Where damage renders a room or facility unusable for future guests, the responsible party will also be liable for loss-of-use charges, calculated based on our standard nightly rate.
6. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure situations (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, or unexpected property issues), Plawa Laguna Bali reserves the right to offer alternative solutions, such as a full refund without penalty, a room-type change, or date rescheduling, depending on availability.
